This is the first blog post I’ll make. My plan is to carry forward the story of the development of the 2nd book in the series, with the working title of : “The Pondstown Crisis“. This next book will continue the story of Mr. Hopper, Mr. Green, Mr. Croaker, Lisa Leaper, Mr. Slowly, Penelope Plodalong, Neil Newt, and others who participated in the heroic rescue of Mr. Hopper in “The Pondstown Rescue.”

In the sequel, we face danger when water from Bayou Bog (a nearby swamp community) stops flowing into their beloved community. Pondstown is dependent on that water-flow to maintain the water level in the lovely pond where the above named reptiles and amphibians live. When the residents of Pondstown notice the low level of water in their lovely pond, several of them set out to investigate the cause. And I’m sure, readers of “The Pondstown Rescue,” will not be surprised to find out, that once again, the Twolegs are involved in stopping the flow of water into Pondstown.

As you might know or surmise (see ‘ABOUT’ on this website) , these stories are written from the viewpoint of creatures that we share the planet with. My hope is to stir human (Twoleg) awareness that other sentient beings may have a different outlook on how to treat the earth, than we have. Most important is that we, as “Twolegs” should think, before we alter our shared environment.

My aim is to post more to this site every several weeks. Thanks for reading.
